Event Hours

Standard Service: 7:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Last Call: 11:45 PM)
Extensions: $75/hour (subject to availability and available supplies)

Happy to modify times!

What We Need from You

  • Provide the alcohol (we’ll send you a shopping list!).
    • Ensure guests are 21+ if consuming alcohol.
    • Provide adequate space, water, and electricity if needed.
    • Help manage any excessively intoxicated guests we notify you about.

     

    Package Estimates & Pricing

    We believe in transparent pricing — no surprises, just great service.
    Every package includes roughly 4.5 drinks per guest, a custom menu, and all non-alcoholic ingredients.

    Up to 50 guests $250 $750
    51 - 75 guests $325 $875
    76 - 100 guests $400 $1,025

    Service runs until supplies are finished or until midnight (whichever comes first).

    Additional hours are available at $75/hour with mutual agreement and adequate supplies.

    Payment & Booking Policy

    • Deposit: A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date and is applies towards your total.

    • Final Payment: Due the day of the event before setup begins.

    • Cancellations: Must be received at least 7 days prior.

    • Tips: Guests may tip via jar/mobile app or hosts can add gratuity — it’s up to you!

    • Bartender-Led Cocktail Lessons – starting at $250 (up to 20 guests)

    Legal & Safety Notes

    • We do not provide or sell alcohol - per Texas Code.

    • The host is responsible for ensuring guests are of legal drinking age (21+).

    • IxCool Sacred Sips bartenders are TABC-certified and trained to refuse service to underage or intoxicated guests.

    • Proof of insurance available upon request.
